Following in their continuing efforts to bring awareness and involvement in the fight against Islamic terrorism, with an eye towards strengthening the resolve of all free nations, the Children of Jewish Holocaust Survivors Los Angeles hosted two events in Los Angeles last week to raise money for the Israel Law Center, an organization that sues terrorist groups and the countries and entities that lend them support.
Doris Wise Montrose, President of CJHSLA, with Nurit Greenger and Daryl Temkin, hosted two fundraising events where Israel Law Center founders, Avi and Nitsana Darshand-Leitner, met with guests and spoke about their work. These two events proved enlightening to those unaware of their efforts and victories, with the goal of additional support other organizations in Southern California.
Doris Wise Montrose brought the assembly to attention, and solemnly introduced Nitsana, “To those to whom War is not the Answer—the answer is Nitsana and Avi. These people are fighting terrorism in a peaceful civilized, no bloodshed way. Armed only with a briefcase and wearing workplace attire. You will feel empowered and hopeful after listening to their stories of unbelievable victories,” she continued with emotion. “Money is the mother’s milk of terrorism. Stop the flow of money and we can stop the flow of terrorism ….peacefully and without violence…in the courtroom.”
With that Nitsana went into the amazing story of how the Israel Law Center began its quest in early 2000 after the latest intifada began, and the myriad of complex cases they are pursuing worldwide in the struggle to fight the Palestinian and Islamic terrorist groups in the courtroom. The Israel Law Center currently represents hundreds of terror victims in lawsuits and legal actions against Hamas, the Palestinian Authority, Iran, Syria, Islamic Jihad and the European Union.
As a result of their courtroom victories, hundreds of terror victims sought their help in suing the terrorists and sponsors, such as the worldwide Arab Bank, who devastated their lives. The Israel Law Center was founded in order to efficiently carry out the vital task of helping the terror victims to fight back.
Following the model of the Southern Poverty Law Center, a civil rights organization dedicated to bankrupting the K.K.K and other neo-Nazis groups in the US, the Israel Law Center is committed to economically destroy the hate groups in the Middle East.
Adding to the variety of fundraisers and receptions, CJHSLA is continuing its Parlor Series discussion groups with Brigitte Gabriel, author of the bestseller Because They Hate: A Survivor of Islamic Terror Warns America and founder of American Congress for Truth, and Robert Spencer, director of Jihad Watch and author of the bestsellers, The Truth About Muhammad and The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades).
