Eli E. Hertz is the president of Myths and Facts, Inc. (www.mythsandfacts.org). Mr. Hertz also serves in the capacity of chairman of CAMERA (Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting) and is a member of the Executive Committee of AIPAC.  He has put together a pamphlet titled This Land is My Land.  This pamphlet contains a copy of the document the Mandate for Palestine, which proves the truth that every American, Israeli, Jew, Christian and Arab must know.  This information must be part of the educational systems as a basis for Israel’s historical legal claim to the Land of Israel.

This Tuesday, Nov. 6th at 2 p.m. Israel time, at the Knesset, Mr. Hertz will present the “Mandate for Palestine – The Legal Aspects of Jewish Rights to the Land of Israel” with a full power point presentation in front of the Knesset members.

The importance of the Mandate and the information contained in Mr. Hertz’ pamphlet is critical to our future and our children’s future.  It is very important that leaders like PM Ehud Olmert and US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who are attempting to determine the future and the very existence of the State of Israel as a Jewish state, have the knowledge of the legal binding document, the Mandate for Palestine, before they can even suggest giving away parts of the land of Israel which, under international law, was given legally to the Jewish People.

Considering the numerous visits that Condoleezza Rice makes to Israel in her quest for “peace,” it is crucial that before she offers parts of the Land of Israel to the Arabs at the upcoming summit at Annapolis, she be present at Mr. Hertz’s presentation and become familiar with the “Mandate for Palestine,” an historical League of Nations document, that laid down the Jewish legal right to settle anywhere in western Palestine-Land of Israel, a 10,000-square-mile area between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, an entitlement unaltered in international law and valid to this day.

We believe that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni and Defense Minister Ehud Barak would find this presentation very worthwhile.
