Jerusalem Police arrested tonight three Israelis for distributing a booklet to foreign journalists detailing Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah movement's involvement in terror.
Police termed the booklet written by Arlene Kushner "seditious material" (incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority) and detained Suzie Dym , Yehudit Dassberg (mother of slain couple Yaron and Effie Unger) and Jeffrey Daube of the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) for distributing the booklet to reporters near the Dan Panorama Hotel in Jerusalem.

A Police Superintendent confirmed to Dym that they were arrested for "distributing seditious material." Police leafed through the English language booklet for ten minutes before making this determination.
Police released the three after an hour.
